Where did the summer go? It seems like it just got here and now it's Fringe time already.
While Zealots & Mystics has produced our own shows for the past few Fringes, this year we're taking a different approach. We're producing Sarah LV Martin's one-person show, As If In Relief where she attempts to uncover the face of god, living, peanut butter sandwiches, and the freeing power of failure.
Zealots and Mystics participation in the Chekhov Festival is done (although the festival continues until March 1st - go check out some more shows!) Both shows, On the Harmful Effects of Tobacco and Swan Song were well received.
Next up is March's Sample Night Live (Wednesday March 5th) at the Bryant Lake Bowl. We will be performing several one-minute plays. For more information about Sample Night Live - visit http://www.samplenightlive.com
In May we will be one of the five companies participating in the Fringe Festival's findraiser, "Five Fifths" which will be performed at Jeune Lune on May 5th. For more information on the Fringe and Five Fifths - visit http://www.fringefestival.org
And then we'll be spending the summer preparing for this fall's Fringe where we will be performing The Blind. More on that later.
